Incident Management Lead

Job Summary

Owning incident management processes and driving improvements, the full-time Incident Management Lead will coordinate high-impact incidents, run postmortems, and ensure adherence to resilience standards while working remotely across the ANZ region.

Key responsibilities

• Manage incident response processes, ensuring clarity and coordination during high-impact incidents
• Conduct thorough postmortems and implement follow-up actions to prevent recurrence of incidents
• Collaborate with engineering teams to establish and maintain consistent resilience standards across the organization

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in incident management for production systems at scale
• Familiarity with observability tools such as Datadog and Honeycomb
• Strong understanding of AWS, Terraform, and distributed systems
• Ability to lead investigations and communicate effectively during incidents
• Experience working in a flat, high-autonomy organizational structure
