Job Summary
A company is looking for an Incident/Problem Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the IT Service Management lifecycle, focusing on major incident restoration and root-cause analysis
- Collaborate with technical teams and lead the Change Advisory Board to manage environment changes with minimal risk
- Ensure compliance with federal security standards and maintain detailed process documentation for government contracts
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in infrastructure or application services
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow or similar tools for data analysis and KPI tracking
- Proven ability to manage critical incidents and lead stakeholders in complex problem-solving
- Must be a United States Citizen or Green Card holder with required federal clearances
- Participation in an on-call rotation is mandatory
