Job Summary

A company is looking for an Incident/Problem Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the IT Service Management lifecycle, focusing on major incident restoration and root-cause analysis
  • Collaborate with technical teams and lead the Change Advisory Board to manage environment changes with minimal risk
  • Ensure compliance with federal security standards and maintain detailed process documentation for government contracts
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in infrastructure or application services
  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow or similar tools for data analysis and KPI tracking
  • Proven ability to manage critical incidents and lead stakeholders in complex problem-solving
  • Must be a United States Citizen or Green Card holder with required federal clearances
  • Participation in an on-call rotation is mandatory
