Incident Management Manager

Job Summary

Leading enterprise monitoring operations, the full-time remote Monitoring & Incident Management Manager will oversee incident detection, response coordination, and operational situational awareness for a mission-critical healthcare platform within the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead all monitoring operations and ensure proactive detection of issues across cloud-based and platform environments
• Manage incident processes for timely identification, triage, escalation, and resolution of incidents impacting critical services
• Coordinate operational events and communicate incident status, service impacts, and recovery progress to stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in monitoring and incident management within a large-scale enterprise environment
• Strong understanding of cloud-based platforms and healthcare application monitoring
• Experience in leading incident response activities and post-incident reviews
• Familiarity with Agile and SAFe delivery environments
• Ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams and stakeholders
