Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee incident management for the Care organization and advocate for customer experience
  • Facilitate ticket management, tracking, follow-up, and communication for escalations
  • Monitor customer care performance and compile performance reports for analysis
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma / GED
  • 5-7 years of relevant work experience
  • In-depth experience and knowledge in incident management
  • Ability to work variable schedules, including nights and weekends
  • Experience with data analysis and Microsoft Office
