- Oversee incident management for the Care organization and advocate for customer experience
- Facilitate ticket management, tracking, follow-up, and communication for escalations
- Monitor customer care performance and compile performance reports for analysis
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED
- 5-7 years of relevant work experience
- In-depth experience and knowledge in incident management
- Ability to work variable schedules, including nights and weekends
- Experience with data analysis and Microsoft Office
