- Oversee incident management for the Care organization and advocate for the customer experience
- Facilitate ticket management, including tracking, follow-up, and communication for escalations
- Monitor customer care performance and compile performance reports for analysis
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2-5 years of relevant work experience
- Ability to work variable schedules, including nights and weekends
- Experience with data analysis and Microsoft Office
- Understanding of technical information dissemination
