Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee incident management for the Care organization and advocate for the customer experience
  • Facilitate ticket management, including tracking, follow-up, and communication for escalations
  • Monitor customer care performance and compile performance reports for analysis


Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2-5 years of relevant work experience
  • Ability to work variable schedules, including nights and weekends
  • Experience with data analysis and Microsoft Office
  • Understanding of technical information dissemination
