Job Summary
A company is looking for an Incident Manager to lead incident response and resolution efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead major incident response and work towards resolution
- Provide timely communication on incident developments to support teams and leadership
- Facilitate Root Cause Analysis and implement corrective actions post-incident
Required Qualifications
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Information Systems, IT, Business Analysis, Engineering, or similar
- 5+ years of experience in Support Engineering, Incident Command, or Technical Operations/Support roles
- 3+ years of experience as an incident commander and in incident management
- Established history of leading issues through resolution at service owner and executive levels
- Familiarity with ITIL/IT Service Management methodology is preferred
