Job Summary

A company is looking for an Incident Manager to lead incident response and resolution efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead major incident response and work towards resolution
  • Provide timely communication on incident developments to support teams and leadership
  • Facilitate Root Cause Analysis and implement corrective actions post-incident
Required Qualifications
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Information Systems, IT, Business Analysis, Engineering, or similar
  • 5+ years of experience in Support Engineering, Incident Command, or Technical Operations/Support roles
  • 3+ years of experience as an incident commander and in incident management
  • Established history of leading issues through resolution at service owner and executive levels
  • Familiarity with ITIL/IT Service Management methodology is preferred
