Job Summary

  • Monitor incident tickets and analyze trends to prevent future occurrences
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in incident management or a related field
  • Strong understanding of incident response workflows and coordination best practices
  • Familiarity with ITIL principles or similar operational frameworks
  • Proven track record of managing and resolving complex incidents
  • Experience with incident management tools such as Jira or PagerDuty is a plus
