Job Summary

A company is looking for an Incident Manager to join their team in the Service Management department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the lifecycle of Major Incidents, ensuring timely resolution and effective communication
  • Coordinate with various teams to minimize business impact and lead the incident response process
  • Develop and deliver high-quality reports and facilitate operational meetings for service improvement
Required Qualifications
  • Extensive experience in IT operational management, particularly in incident and problem management
  • Strong understanding of ITIL V3 or V4 frameworks
  • Proven leadership in incident resolution and ability to manage virtual teams
  • Experience working directly with business and service managers
  • Ability to work autonomously and handle ambiguity effectively
