Job Summary

A company is looking for an Incident Manager for a contract role that is 100% remote.

Key Responsibilities

Own end-to-end incident management for critical production issues
Lead incident bridge calls and coordinate cross-functional teams
Drive Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and post-incident reporting

Required Qualifications

2-4 years in incident management or IT operations
Strong understanding of ITSM (incident, problem, change)
Experience in production/cloud environments (AWS preferred)
Familiarity with tools like ServiceNow or Jira
