Job Summary

A company is looking for an Incident Manager for a contract role that is 100% remote.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own end-to-end incident management for critical production issues
  • Lead incident bridge calls and coordinate cross-functional teams
  • Drive Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and post-incident reporting
Required Qualifications
  • 2-4 years in incident management or IT operations
  • Strong understanding of ITSM (incident, problem, change)
  • Experience in production/cloud environments (AWS preferred)
  • Familiarity with tools like ServiceNow or Jira
