Job Summary
A company is looking for an Incident Manager for a contract role that is 100% remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end incident management for critical production issues
- Lead incident bridge calls and coordinate cross-functional teams
- Drive Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and post-incident reporting
Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years in incident management or IT operations
- Strong understanding of ITSM (incident, problem, change)
- Experience in production/cloud environments (AWS preferred)
- Familiarity with tools like ServiceNow or Jira
