Incident Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Incident Manager for a contract position.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage escalated incident management processes for Sev1 and Sev2 incidents
• Bridge communication between technical and business stakeholders to ensure timely incident resolution
• Document incidents thoroughly to support continuous improvement efforts

Required Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in incident management or IT operations
• Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams during high-severity incidents
• Strong understanding of ITSM principles and incident management processes
• Working knowledge of production IT environments, including cloud and virtualized systems
• Experience in a HIPAA-regulated or compliance-driven environment
