Job Summary

Leading critical production incidents, the full-time Incident Manager will coordinate multi-disciplinary response efforts, drive technical root cause analysis, and manage communications during incidents while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead critical incidents by coordinating response efforts across cloud-based services to mitigate impact and restore operations
  • Drive technical root cause analysis and reliability improvements by collaborating with engineering teams to trace and document underlying causes
  • Own communications during incidents by delivering frequent updates to stakeholders and composing customer-facing notifications
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in incident management, site reliability engineering, or production operations for large-scale, cloud-native systems
  • Proven ability to lead high-severity incidents, managing multi-team response efforts
  • Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and observability components
  • Deep expertise in log analysis and debugging with familiarity in log aggregation tools
  • Proficiency in at least one major programming or scripting language (Python, Go, or Bash)
