Job Summary
A company is looking for an Incident Manager for Public Sector operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead incident coordination for high-severity events and manage structured responses
- Define and operationalize the incident response lifecycle in compliance with FedRAMP High, IL5, and NIST 800-53
- Facilitate post-incident reviews and manage communication between technical and business units
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in crisis management and incident response in relevant environments
- Direct experience in managing major incidents and working in cloud environments, particularly AWS
- Experience with cloud native technologies such as containers and Kubernetes
- Familiarity with incident management platforms like PagerDuty, ServiceNow, or Jira
- Ability to interpret metrics and logs from observability and security event management tools
