Job Summary

Owning the execution of incident response systems and workflows, the full-time remote Incident Operations Specialist will manage incident tooling operations, build AI-powered workflows, and support cross-functional collaboration to ensure operational reliability and customer trust.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and configure incident tooling, ensuring reliability and monitoring for issues
• Design and implement repeatable AI-powered workflows for incident management processes
• Coordinate with various teams to enhance incident response and maintain documentation and enablement assets

Required qualifications

• Experience in incident response or technical operations with familiarity in incident tooling and workflow automation
• Proficiency in SQL and reporting tools like Databricks, Looker, and Grafana
• Demonstrated use of AI in daily work, including building repeatable workflows and applying verification to outputs
• Strong ability to drive problems to resolution and maintain clear communication across technical and non-technical audiences
• Proven experience in managing operational details, ensuring data quality, and maintaining documentation
