Job Summary
A company is looking for an Incident Problem Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for major incidents across core production systems, participating in a 24/7 on-call rotation
- Lead incident response and escalations to restore services quickly
- Conduct post-incident root cause analysis and recommend preventative measures
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field, or 5+ years of equivalent experience
- Extensive experience in managing incidents in the Payment industry
- Strong understanding of ITIL framework and service management best practices
- Experience with monitoring and analytical tools such as Dynatrace, DataDog, Grafana, Splunk is an advantage
- ITIL v3/v4 certification or other relevant ITSM certifications is an advantage
