Job Summary

A company is looking for an Incident Problem Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for major incidents across core production systems, participating in a 24/7 on-call rotation
  • Lead incident response and escalations to restore services quickly
  • Conduct post-incident root cause analysis and recommend preventative measures
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field, or 5+ years of equivalent experience
  • Extensive experience in managing incidents in the Payment industry
  • Strong understanding of ITIL framework and service management best practices
  • Experience with monitoring and analytical tools such as Dynatrace, DataDog, Grafana, Splunk is an advantage
  • ITIL v3/v4 certification or other relevant ITSM certifications is an advantage
