Incident Responder

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Incident Responder.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide counsel and direction for field staff regarding child abuse situations
• Advise field staff on various kids' issues, including self-harm and substance abuse
• Document and track all incident calls and follow up to ensure necessary procedures are completed

Required Qualifications and Education

• College degree in a related field preferred
• Training in counseling, coaching, and/or spiritual direction
• Previous experience on Young Life staff as a leader working with kids
• Working knowledge of reporting and responding to abuse incidents
• Flexibility with schedule and availability to be on call during business hours
