Incident Response Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Incident Response Analyst to join their team in monitoring and responding to cyber threats.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate investigation and response efforts throughout the Incident Response lifecycle
• Acquire and analyze endpoint and network artifacts to determine the scope of Cyber Incidents
• Develop, document, and maintain Incident Response processes, procedures, and workflows

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Cyber Security, or related field
• 8-12 years of related experience in incident detection and response, malware analysis, or computer forensics
• In-depth knowledge of the Incident Response life cycle and expertise in Operating Systems (Windows/Linux)
• Experience with scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, or Bash
• Must pass a 5-year Background Investigation by the Department of Homeland Security
