Job Summary
To support a growing team, the remote Incident Response Analyst will lead investigations into cyber-attacks, analyze digital evidence, and collaborate with cross-functional teams while focusing on incident response and forensic analysis.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and support investigations into security incidents, including APT intrusions and data breaches
- Collect, preserve, and analyze digital evidence across various environments, emphasizing memory forensics
- Develop and refine forensic workflows and produce detailed reports to communicate findings effectively
Required qualifications
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in digital forensics during security incidents
- Proficiency in analyzing host and network-based artifacts using command-line tools and scripts
- Strong knowledge of operating systems internals and common attack techniques
- Experience with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and various cloud environments
- Familiarity with scripting in Python and Bash for automating forensic analysis
