Incident Response Deployment Manager

Job Summary

Managing integrated release activities, the full-time remote Incident Response Deployment Manager will coordinate software deployments across multiple environments for the Veterans Benefits Administration, ensuring compliance with release management processes and facilitating communication among stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate software deployment activities across development, testing, and production environments
• Maintain continuous communication with stakeholders regarding deployment schedules and implementation status
• Coordinate monthly Integrated Releases using ITIL service transition processes and track activities in ServiceNow

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 4+ years of experience in deployment management, release management, change management, or IT operations support
• Strong knowledge of IT service management (ITSM) and software deployment coordination
• Experience with enterprise operational support within a federal government environment
• Familiarity with tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, and Serena Business Manager
