Incident Response Deployment Manager

Job Summary

Managing software release and deployment coordination, the full-time remote Incident Response Deployment Manager will oversee integrated release activities, ensure compliance with VA processes, and facilitate communication among stakeholders in the Veterans Benefits Administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate software deployment activities across various environments for VBA applications and systems
• Maintain continuous communication with VA Regional Offices and stakeholders regarding deployment schedules and implementation status
• Coordinate monthly Integrated Releases using ITIL service transition processes and ServiceNow for operational support and reporting

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 4+ years of experience in deployment management, release management, change management, or IT operations support
• Strong experience with IT service management (ITSM) and software deployment coordination
• Familiarity with enterprise operational support within a federal government environment
• Proficiency in tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, and Serena Business Manager
