Incident Response Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Incident Response Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement strategic business decisions and influence peers to increase market share
• Contribute to product and process improvement through automation and feedback
• Act as an advisor for complex customer cases and collaborate with cross-team resources to resolve issues

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field AND 3+ years of relevant experience, or 5+ years of equivalent experience
• Ability to meet security screening requirements, including citizenship verification
• Minimum 3+ years of Security Incident Response experience
• Experience in Network Security Administration or Systems Administration
• Customer-facing experience in large enterprise environments
