Incident Response Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Incident Response Lead to oversee and enhance its security incident response program.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary escalation point for high-priority security incidents, leading triage, containment, and post-mortem processes
• Champion "Security as Code" by developing internal tools to automate monitoring and remediation
• Collaborate with SRE, DevOps, and Product teams to address systemic architectural vulnerabilities

Required Qualifications

• Optional: 2+ years of leadership experience in a technical security context
• 7+ years of industry experience in Incident Response with a focus on Information Security principles
• Proven expertise in attack and mitigation methods within AWS, GCP, or Azure environments
• Extensive experience in managing the lifecycle of security incidents in a global production environment
• Mastery in at least 5 specific security domains such as Endpoint Protection, Identity Management, and Security Analytics
