Incident Response Manager

Job Summary

To lead incident management efforts for a high-impact engagement, the part-time Incident Response Manager will manage live incidents, conduct training, and enable stakeholders to effectively respond to cyber incidents in a fully remote capacity for approximately 12-15 weeks, totaling around 140 hours.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of the Incident Response Life Cycle
• Manage incident response operations for IT environments and OT/ICS devices
• Conduct workshops and hands-on training for operators and technical teams on real-world threat responses

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on incident response or cyber defense operations experience
• Proven ability to manage Incident Response activities and live incidents
• Strong working knowledge of attack chains, malware behavior, and detection engineering
• Experience with frameworks like MITRE ATT&CK and NIST CSF
• Leadership experience in developing others through education and training
