Incident Response Project Manager

Job Summary

Managing the end-to-end incident response life cycle, the full-time Associate Project Manager will coordinate site incident management and root cause analysis while working remotely in the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate integration of new data centers into existing processes and coordinate risk identification and mitigation efforts
• Track bug closures and create documentation, including site level one-pagers and bug burn down tracking
• Analyze project data and build dashboards to present critical information to stakeholders

Required qualifications

• A technical background in software engineering or a related field
• Proficiency in data analysis and dashboard building, with familiarity in Google Suite and spreadsheet tools
• High-level understanding of data center operations and infrastructure
• Strong internal communication skills and ability to produce technical documentation
• Authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
