Incident Response Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting operational and application services remotely, the full-time Incident Response Specialist will manage pre-production and production environments, coordinate application testing and deployments, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of Veterans Benefits Administration systems and applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and maintain VBA pre-production and testing environments in coordination with internal IT teams and stakeholders
• Coordinate with testers and development teams to validate new and updated VBA applications prior to deployment
• Administer and maintain multiple VBA SharePoint environments, including configuring access and developing automated workflows

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 2+ years of experience supporting enterprise applications, testing environments, deployments, and IT operations or related experience
• Experience with SharePoint and Microsoft Power Automate
• Familiarity with Rational Functional Tester (RFT) for automated testing
• Knowledge of application deployment processes and user access management
