Job Summary

A company is looking for an Inclusion & Enablement Specialist to enhance the teammate experience through impactful inclusion programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver inclusive learning experiences and workshops to promote psychological safety and identity awareness
• Coordinate and manage key programs, ensuring smooth execution and alignment among stakeholders
• Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate inclusive practices into core systems like hiring and performance management

Required Qualifications

• 5 years of relevant experience in Inclusion & Diversity, Organizational Development, Learning & Development, HR, or a related field
• Program management experience, including planning and stakeholder engagement across multiple functions
• Applied knowledge of inclusive practices, particularly in hiring and team dynamics
• Ability to design practical learning materials and tools that are accessible to all learners
• Proactive and self-directed approach to work, with a focus on continuous improvement
