Inclusive Access Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Inclusive Access Program Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and execute non-profit mountain access programs across all 37 North American resorts
• Manage grants process, implement youth inclusion programs, and oversee adult access programs
• Lead media and outreach efforts, report impact metrics, and track financial reporting related to access programs

Required Qualifications:

• Background in education, social science, or related field
• 1-3 years of experience working with youth serving agencies and underserved communities
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage complex programs with care towards detail and budget
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with diverse community leaders
• Passion for planning and implementing new programs in a dynamic environment
