Income Tax Compliance and Reporting Tax Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Tax Manager - Income Tax Compliance and Reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage income tax compliance process for subsidiaries in Europe and the Americas
• Coordinate tax return preparation and review
• Perform tax research and analysis on issues impacting the company

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of corporate tax and/or public accounting experience
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Tax or related field; Masters in Tax/Accounting or CPA preferred
• Strong understanding of corporate income tax compliance calculations and rules
• Ability to manage compliance projects and work efficiently with third party tax preparers
• Eagerness to continuously learn and implement process improvements
