Job Summary

Safeguarding the integrity of verifications, the full-time Income Verification QA Analyst will audit HR reports and outreach workflows for accuracy and compliance while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Audit completed verification reports against QA rulesets to ensure data accuracy and completeness
• Execute Outreach QA reviews on a randomized sample of verifications to maintain communication standards
• Document QA outcomes and collaborate with team leadership to resolve discrepancies and reduce errors

Required qualifications

• Experience in QA, operations auditing, or compliance within data-sensitive environments
• Working knowledge of verification workflows and Report QA concepts
• Strong analytical judgment to differentiate between QA findings
• Exposure to Looker-based sampling and metrics tracking
• Understanding of FCRA-adjacent practices and secure data handling expectations
