Key Responsibilities

• Review and process incontestable claims according to policy provisions and company procedures
• Contact third parties to obtain necessary claim information and update system notes with claim progress
• Maintain production data and meet departmental quotas while ensuring efficient claim movement

Required Qualifications and Training

• High School Diploma
• Work experience in a production environment
• Previous data entry experience is a plus
• Experience in the insurance industry and claims handling is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team with reliable attendance
