INCS Support Specialist II
Job Summary
To support a new 24/7 industrial security operations team, the full-time remote INCS Support Specialist II will provide advanced support for industrial control systems, serve as the escalation point for Level 1 incidents, and perform complex troubleshooting and root cause analysis during assigned swing or night shifts.
Key responsibilities
- Act as Tier 2 escalation support for INCS-related incidents and service requests
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues involving industrial Ethernet networks and PLC communications
- Mentor Level 1 INCS Support Specialists and contribute to OT cybersecurity initiatives
Required qualifications
- Availability to work an assigned swing or night shift on an ongoing basis
- Strong understanding of industrial control systems (ICS) and operational technology (OT) environments
- 3 to 5 years of experience in technical support or field service roles, preferably in industrial or critical infrastructure environments
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- One or more industry certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Cisco CCNA, or relevant ICS vendor certifications
