Job Summary

A company is looking for an Independence & SQM Manager - Remote

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with triaging incoming requests for guidance in independence matters from engagement personnel
  • Develop preliminary guidance with respect to assigned independence consultation matters
  • Manage firm acquisition due diligence processes as they relate to independence matters

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting
  • 5-6+ years' experience in public accounting, preferably with exposure to independence considerations
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products and SharePoint
  • Strong managerial and prioritization skills
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changes in regulatory environment and firm
