Job Summary

Driven by customer success, the full-time Independent Account Executive will support and cultivate customer retention while acquiring new accounts remotely, acting as the liaison for dealerships and ensuring exceptional service through a consultative sales approach.

Key responsibilities
  • Act as the main point of contact for dealerships, understanding their business needs to drive growth
  • Maintain communication with all departments to ensure stakeholder satisfaction and issue resolution
  • Document customer interactions in CRM and track performance against sales targets to meet or exceed goals
Required qualifications
  • 3-5 years of related sales and/or account management experience
  • Strong understanding of online technologies and proficiency in Google Suite offerings
  • Proven track record as a proactive problem-solver
  • Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills
  • Proven ability to work autonomously in a remote environment
