Job Summary

To support customer retention and acquisition, the full-time Independent Account Executive will act as the primary liaison for dealerships in a dedicated region, ensuring exceptional service and driving user adoption of the company's software while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Serve as the main point of contact for dealerships, understanding their business needs to drive growth
  • Maintain communication across departments to ensure stakeholder satisfaction and issue resolution
  • Document customer interactions and performance metrics in CRM software to meet sales targets
Required qualifications
  • 3-5 years of sales and/or account management experience
  • Strong understanding of online technologies and proficiency in Google Suite
  • Proven track record of proactive problem-solving and ownership of issues
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work autonomously in a remote environment
