Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Claims Adjuster will manage claim documentation, interact with veterinary clinics for timely resolutions, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain proper file documentation and investigation records for each assigned claim
• Interact with veterinary clinics to ensure timely claim resolution
• Meet or exceed standards for timeliness, accuracy, and claims volume

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Veterinary Medicine as a Veterinary Nurse
• Claims experience and licensing strongly preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new technology
• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Strong organizational skills
