A company is looking for an Independent Agency Book Transfer Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and execute assigned agency book transfer and conversion initiatives
• Act as a primary point of contact for agencies during assigned conversions
• Monitor conversion progress and support retention efforts during carrier transitions

Required Qualifications

• Experience working with independent agencies or agency operations
• Working knowledge of P&C insurance products
• Prior book transfer and conversion experience
• 4-year Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
• 3 or more years of experience (Preferred)
