Job Summary

A company is looking for an Independent BCBA (1099) with full admin support and autonomy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and design individualized treatment plans
  • Provide supervision and mentorship to RBTs to ensure high fidelity in protocol implementation
  • Utilize data analysis to monitor client progress and modify intervention plans as needed
Required Qualifications
  • Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field
  • Strong desire for autonomy and ability to manage an independent schedule
  • Residence in GA, SC, NC, NH, FL preferred
  • Comfortable using technology for telehealth supervision and digital data collection
