Job Summary

A company is looking for a Board of Director.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as an independent board member to shape corporate strategy and vision
• Review operational budget and financials, providing guidance on resource alignment and management
• Assist in creating and executing a fundraising strategy and approve hiring plans

Required Qualifications

• Experience as a board member for a public or private for-profit organization
• Demonstrated experience in an executive or founder role in an early-stage technology company
• Deep expertise in Ag Retail, AgTech software, or agriculture federal incentive programs
• Experience with venture capital fundraising and connections to relevant investors
• An entrepreneurial mindset with understanding of scaling a company from scratch
