Independent Contractor Coordinator

Job Summary

Overseeing all aspects of the Independent Contractor program, the Independent Contractor Coordinator will manage contractor engagement, recruitment support, and workforce planning in a remote-friendly capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the Independent Contractor workforce nationwide
• Identify geographic coverage gaps and staffing needs
• Develop strategies to improve contractor engagement, satisfaction, and retention

Required Qualifications

• Active favorable adjudicated T5, T5R, or HT security clearance
• Experience in federal background investigation operations
• Proven ability to collaborate with various departments such as Recruiting and Training
• Experience in workforce planning and contractor administration
• Knowledge of Independent Service Agreements (ISAs) and contractor onboarding processes
