Independent Dispute Resolution Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Independent Dispute Resolutions Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the eligibility review of provider-filed disputes and upload arbitration briefs to CMS
• Develop plans and programs for continuous quality improvement
• Act as a key contributor throughout the IDR process and communicate effectively with stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Experience in a law firm, legal/litigation setting, claims processing, or medical billing
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Ability to work an 8-hour shift during normal business hours with occasional overtime flexibility
