Job Summary

A company is looking for an Assistant Counsel - Commercial Contracts.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft and review commercial contracts, focusing on vendor/supplier agreements
• Stay updated on legal developments affecting commercial agreements
• Provide legal and strategic advice to ensure compliance with internal policies and processes

Required Qualifications

• Fully qualified lawyer enrolled (or eligible) with the Bar Council of India
• Preferably 1+ years of experience in drafting and reviewing commercial agreements
• Ability to analyze and negotiate a variety of global commercial contracts
• Strong business acumen with a pragmatic approach to legal risk
• Experience with contract management systems and procurement tools is a plus
