Key Responsibilities

• Meet and engage with members remotely to provide guidance on budgeting, retirement readiness, equity compensation, and more
• Adapt the LearnLux Global Planning methodology to serve members effectively in the region
• Collaborate with the content team and lead engagement initiatives for employer partners

Required Qualifications

• A designation, certification, or diploma in personal financial planning or a relevant field
• At least five years of experience in providing one-on-one financial guidance across various personal finance areas
• Advanced knowledge of regional financial systems and regulations in India
• Fluency in Hindi and English, both written and spoken
• A genuine passion for financial education and empowering individuals
