Job Summary

A company is looking for a Real Estate Signing Agent for IN & MD.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct Real Estate RON sessions in compliance with state law and platform standards
• Verify signer identity using Knowledge-Based Authentication (KBA) and review documents for completeness
• Execute notarizations efficiently while maintaining professionalism and manage multiple signers and document types

Required Qualifications

• Active commissions as a notary public in a RON-authorized state
• 1 year of traditional notary experience and 6 months of RON experience
• Loan Signing Agent experience & TIPIC license, along with NNA Certified Notary Signing Agent status
• Completion of a RON Education Course and a minimum of $250,000 Errors & Omissions Insurance
• Valid Digital Certificate from IdenTrust and a background check dated within a year
