Job Summary

Managing complex workers' compensation claims, the fully remote Senior Workers Compensation Claims Adjuster will utilize 3-5+ years of claims management experience to analyze claims exposure, interact with various stakeholders, and provide exceptional customer service while ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex workers' compensation claims effectively
• Interact extensively with parties involved in the claims process to facilitate communication and resolution
• Document and communicate claim activity in a timely and efficient manner

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 5 years related claims experience
• Active adjuster's licenses in Indiana and Michigan
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
• Computer experience with related claims and business software
