Indiana APS Case Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an APS Case Specialist (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, screen, and triage APS reports, making decisions using standardized tools
• Conduct client needs assessments and develop service plans while coordinating with regional teams
• Document all intake activities and maintain partnerships with external agencies for effective communication

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in APS, investigations, social services, human services, or law enforcement
• Experience working with HCBS populations or licensed healthcare facilities is preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple investigations simultaneously
