Job Summary

A company is looking for an Automotive Service Advisor - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide automotive maintenance and repair advice on repair orders from external partners via phone and email
• Ensure proper repair and maintenance services are performed according to manufacturers' recommendations and pricing standards
• Analyze clients' needs and repair orders to create solutions and negotiate order pricing as necessary

Required Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must live in Indianapolis, IN or surrounding counties
• Must have a minimum of 4 approved ASE certifications that are current
• Six months of customer service experience required
• Two years of automotive maintenance or repair consultation experience required
