Indiana Compliance Officer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compliance Officer in Indiana.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee compliance functions and ensure timely submission of CMS Medicare SNP requirements
• Act as the primary contact in State compliance meetings and manage interactions with state regulators
• Conduct internal compliance audits and manage oversight of compliance for health plan subcontractors

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience; Master's degree preferred
• 7+ years of compliance program management and contract experience with State Medicaid programs
• 5-7 years of experience with health care regulatory agencies
• 5+ years of experience overseeing implementation of contract requirements
