Job Summary

A company is looking for a Court Certified Staff Interpreter.

Key Responsibilities

• Interpret within legal settings for jury trials, hearings, and depositions
• Provide onsite and remote interpreting in consecutive or simultaneous modalities
• Mentor and supervise new interpreters and maintain professional relationships with court staff

Required Qualifications

• State Interpreter Certification within six months of hire
• Simultaneous interpreting skills
• Knowledge of national standards of practice and codes of ethics
• Experience with Google Docs and Apple/Mac Operating System preferred
• Fluent in English and authorized to work legally in the United States
