Job Summary

- Provide support through calls, chats, and emails while managing multiple systems

Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 1+ years of customer service experience
- Experience with computers and ability to navigate complex systems
- Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) during specified hours and occasional overtime
