Indiana Eligibility Supervisor

Job Summary

To support the Disaster Relief Fund program for the State of Indiana, the temporary remote Eligibility Supervisor will oversee the Eligibility Unit, manage direct reports, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements while facilitating efficient application processing.

Key responsibilities

• Provide project management oversight and technical assistance on program policies and procedures
• Manage and monitor the productivity of the Eligibility Unit, ensuring high-quality service for applicants
• Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to improve operational efficiency and meet performance objectives

Required qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or 3+ years of experience in case management or related areas
• Experience managing a team of professionals in a production-based environment
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite
• Demonstrated expertise in case management and understanding of grant-funded or government programs
• Strong organizational and leadership skills with a focus on meeting deadlines
