Indiana ELL Compliance Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for an ELL Compliance Coordinator to oversee the English Language Learner program.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate the planning, evaluation, and delivery of the school's ELL program
• Provide ELL training and mentoring support to Learning Coaches, teachers, and staff
• Ensure effective implementation of the ELL program and maintain compliance with relevant policies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 3 years of directly related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Knowledge of ELL diagnostic procedures and education of ELL students
• Experience with state ELL forms and compliance
• Ability to adapt to change and handle pressure effectively
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
